By choosing Chola Hemp you can tap into the robustness, growth vigour, and uniformity that hybrid plants have to offer.
Chola is an all-female F1 hybrid cultivar that is created by crossing two highly stable in-bred cultivars of hemp, Cherie and Femfinola.
Both parents of Chola, also developed at HMP BIOGENIC, are registered breeder lines with the Canadian Seed Growers Association (CSGA).
Chola is an early-flowering cultivar of hemp. The plants start flowering early on in the season around end of July. This allows Chola plants to finish their flowering cycle well in advance of cold and wet end-of-season conditions.
Since the plants start flowering around end of July, the sooner they are transplanted in the field the bigger they will get before flowering.
Chola is both cannabinoid-rich and terpene-rich. The plant's CBD content can reach up to 14%, and terpene levels up to 3%.
A significant portion of the plant's terpene fraction is comprised of myrcene.
Due to its sativa-dominant heritage, Chola plants can grow to a height of 2.5 meters and yield up to 750 grams of dry flower per plant.
